By creating an account or using 7-targets, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

7-targets is a free personal-balance tool that helps you set weekly targets, check in on your progress, and receive optional AI-generated recommendations. It is a self-help organizational tool — it is not medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice.

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
• Try to access other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app or its servers.
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service.

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

The targets, check-ins, and notes you enter belong to you. You give us permission to store and process that content only as needed to run the app for you (for example, to show your progress or generate your recommendations). We do not claim ownership of your content.

Recommendations are generated by an AI service from the information in your account. They are suggestions only, may occasionally be inaccurate or unsuitable, and you use them at your own discretion. You can turn recommendations off at any time.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7-targets and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any decisions you make based on recommendations or progress data.

You can stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your account and data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may remove accounts that violate these terms.
