Privacy Policy

7-targets is a free personal-balance app that helps you set and track weekly targets across seven areas of your life. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account information. When you create an account we store your email address and, if you provide it, your name and company. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.

Content you enter. The targets you create, your weekly check-ins, and any accomplishments or notes you write. These can be personal — treat them as private journal entries.

Preferences. Your chosen language, theme, reminder, and recommendation settings, stored on your device and, for some settings, on your account.

We use your information only to run the app for you:

• To show your dashboard, progress, streaks, and weekly recaps.
• To translate the app and your target names into the language you choose.
• To generate AI recommendations when you turn them on.
• To send you sign-in, confirmation, and password-reset emails.

We do not sell your information, show you ads, or share your data with other users. Your targets and check-ins are visible only to you.

When AI recommendations are on, the app sends a summary of your recent targets, check-ins, and notes to an AI service solely to write your personal recommendations. When you choose a language, text may be sent to an AI translation service. This processing is used only to provide the feature to you — your information is not made public and is not used to advertise to you. You can turn AI recommendations off at any time from your dashboard.

Your account and app data are stored on secure cloud servers. Some preferences (such as language and theme) are also stored locally on your own device.

• You can edit or delete your targets and check-ins at any time inside the app.
• You can reset your password or sign out from any device.
• You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the address below. Deletion is permanent.
• Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

We keep your information for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our active systems.

7-targets is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Significant changes will be highlighted in the app.
